New M&A project
The project snapshots THIS org's inventory as the acquiring side.
The acquired side loads that org's inventory LIVE (it stays editable in Org inventory). Retain keeps an app in that org; adopt or consolidate moves the actual inventory row into the acquiring org - both baselines stay correct automatically.
Your side of the project stays LIVE-linked to the org inventory - editing an app there updates every project. Deal-time numbers are frozen onto each decision when it is approved.
Add to org inventory
Monthly plans (like Google Workspace Flexible) are annualized automatically for totals and comparisons.
Add a custom app
For internal or niche software the app catalog does not cover. Custom entries are private to your org.
Settings
▸Organization
Your company - and, if the parent runs several orgs (divisions, subsidiaries), each one here with its own inventory baseline. Projects pick which org is acquiring.
Org
▸Users
▸Teams
Some apps are managed by a team, not one person - apps can be assigned to a team, and every member gets that access.
▸Security
▸Single sign-on (SSO)
Single sign-on with your identity provider (Okta, Microsoft Entra, Google, Auth0, Authentik...) over OIDC or SAML. Users are matched by email; unknown users are created at first sign-in with the default role below. SCIM provisioning is coming later. SSO setup instructions for each provider.
"Required" needs at least one active admin flagged break-glass WITH MFA enabled - the way back in if your identity provider is down. Break-glass sign-ins are called out in the audit log.
Or import our SP metadata XML at the IdP.
The CSV is your IdP app-assignment checklist (email, name, role) - assign those users to the StackMerger app in your IdP, or bulk-import any that do not exist there yet.
SCIM provisioning
Let your IdP push users and groups: users arrive deactivated-in-sync (offboarding disables them here automatically) and IdP groups become StackMerger teams. Works with either sign-in protocol.
▸Email (SMTP)
Used for user invites, password-reset links, and license expiry warnings. Your own mail server - StackMerger never sends anything anywhere else.

Profile
Your name and email are managed by your administrator (or your identity provider once SSO is configured).
Your administrator requires MFA on every account - enroll below to continue.
Change password
Two-factor authentication (TOTP)
Scan with your authenticator app, or enter the secret manually, then confirm with a current code.
Secret:
Moving to a new device? Resetting shows a new QR code - your old codes stop working immediately. (Only an administrator can remove MFA from an account.)
